R0AN0KE · Iccaro · Droplet Cloud · Bidotis · Vira Twins · America
R0AN0KE is the sun in the Stewdom. It is the center, and despite looking like a star on the outside, R0AN0KE is protected by a plasma membrane (The Tesselis Cloud), allowing for a planet inside the heated interior that would otherwise be inhospitable. The Starcat Rebellion colonised R0AN0KE shortly before their victory over the scientists from Earth. Since the planet is inside the sun, it uses Lightglobes, running through the plasma membrane, to keep a day/night cycle. R0AN0KE has 5 continents: the Arctic Wastes in the north, Edica to the west, Vistren to the northeast, Iapea to the east, joined to Vistren, and Omoa to the south, formerly connected to Iapea via a landbridge. All existing nations are on R0AN0KE.
Iccaro is the medium-sized, first planet from the Sun, also known as R0AN0KE-Iccaro in spacefaring terms. It was colonised by the Starsnakes and Starbits in 1539. Iccaro was destroyed and eaten by a black hole in 2001. While it still existed, Iccaro was covered in small mountains with lush valleys. It had a capital known as Cedar.
The Droplet Cloud is a cross between a nebula and an asteroid belt. Made up of fine powder and star matter, the Droplet cloud acts as a barrier between the Sun and the other planets. From the outside, it gives of a multicolored glow of orange, purple, and light green.
Bidotis is a large planet and the first outside of the Droplet Cloud. It is covered in gorges and is mainly dry and hot. The planet's rotation is slow, with a day lasting 35 Galactic Standard hours. (2100 mins) There is a distinct rainy nighttime constantly on the side of the planet not facing the sun, and it is covered in hot steam clouds due to this. The average daytime temperature is 100 degrees Farenheit, with the nighttime temperature being around 85 F. Some Starsnakes and Stardragons live on the planet underground. It has two uninhabited moons: Krel and Trayag, which are close and in the same orbit path.
Twin planets that share an orbit. Vira I is covered in dense watery jungle, while Vira II is pitted with asteroid scars. Vira I is inhabited by Stardogs and a few Starcats. Vira II is near-uninhabited.
The only planet colonized by humans. It is the most similar to Earth, other than R0AN0KE. It has a band of rings around it. On this planet, most plants are purple and green, mostly because they feel like it. The planet is currently controlled by the Starcat Rebellion.
Taking up the entire contient of Edica, the Rebellion Lands are heavily forested, with a mountainous southern coast. They have three major cities: Roanoke, Liberty, and Fellheart. The country is made up of a mixture of different species, but is run by the Starcat Rebellion, who are rebels in only name now. The country has a defensive militia, known as the Starcat Militia. Since the Rebellion cats strive for peace, they only assist in dire times of war. The Rebellion Lands' symbol is orange claw-marks within an orange band, on a white flag.
The capital of the Rebellion Lands, Roanoke sits on the banks of the Roanoke River. It is the oldest city on the planet, and shares its name. The historical city center is surrounded by rings of modern skyscrapers (think frutiger aero) and has a population of roughly one million. Roanoke is home to the Museum of War, which is dedicated to the Great Stardom War at the beginning of Stardom history. Roanoke also holds Skyline Institute, the most prestigous school in the Stardom. It is open to all young of any species, from any Stardom planet.
Liberty is a costal city across the ocean from the Glass Desert. It is one of the driest places in the Rebellion Lands. Liberty is mainly used as a trade port by all nations.
Fellheart sits on the mountainous peninsula at the bottom of Edica. It was primarily used as an outpost during the Wolfgold Wars, and it takes inspiration from griffin architecture, being mostly made of mountain tunnels. Around a third of all Starcat Rebellion members live in Fellheart at any given time, and it is their secondary base.
The Blackbird Territories are a mountainous region on the continent Vistren spanning from the Arctic Wastes in the north, down to Glengold in the southeast. They have 8 major cities: Blackbird, Borderkeep, Prestige, Rhode, Sheet, Forest-Marsh, Annicus, and Jamestown. Since the Blackbird Territories are split up into 5 states: Blackbird, Seahome, Borderlands, Icereach, and Mire, with Blackbird as the main capital. The two main species living in the Blackbird Territories are the Stargriffins and the Starsharks. Both prefer to be known as simply "griffins" or "sharks." Many citizens are hybrids of griffins and sharks. The Blackbird Territories are ruled by President Irik, the first President of the Territories. Before that, they were ruled by kings and queens. The Blackbird Territories were temporarily taken over by the IEEA, known as the Institution within the Territory's borders.
Blackbird is the capital of the Blackbird Territories and the state of Blackbird, set in the heart of the mountains. A river connects it to the Starshark Waters. Many of the buildings are carved into the mountains, and residents live in caves or water-flooded gorges. President Irik resides here most of the time. It has a population of around 780,000.
Borderkeep is a city bordering Glengold in the foothills of the Blackbird Mountains. They built a wall between Glengold and the Territories as the Wolfgold War became a threat. Glengold's population is around 40,500, with its residents being mostly Starcats or Griffins. Many griffins from Borderkeep fought alongside Glengold Starcats in the Wolfgold War. Borderkeep's ownership is shared between the Territories and Glengold.
Prestige takes up the entirity of Mourning Island and is the on-land capital of Seahome. It is built into the sheer cliffside looking into the Starshark Waters, as well as having tunnels under the water.
Annicus is the sea capital of Seahome. It is almost entirely underwater, and is home to the two subspecies of shark.
Rhode is the capital city of the Borderlands. Its mountains are thickly forested but without lakes or rivers, making it only inhabitable to griffins and Starcats.
Sheet is the capital of Icereach, and the only permanent settlement there. It is directly across the sea from Veil, the only major city in the Arctic Wastes. The temperature rarely rises above 40f, with most living underwater where it is slightly warmer.
Forest-Marsh is the capital of Mire. It sits in a saltwater marsh on the border of the Rebellion Territory. Sharks, griffins, and Starcats live in stilt houses above the marsh or in beaverlike mounds, partially submerged.
Jamestown is a Rebellion outpost mainly comprised of Starcats from the Rebellion Lands. Most of them are not welcome in towns or cities outside the outpost.
Wolfcrown is comprised of almost entirely desert, located where the plasma membrane is the weakest. The eastern half of its continent, Omoa, has a unique weather phenomena where glass rains down on the land. It is known as the Glass Desert. Most of Wolfcrown's citizens are Stardogs who live near the coast. They have only 3 major cities due to the harsh land: Capital, Lyykan, and Oasis. Their fourth major city, Clawling, was destroyed during the Wolfgold War and has not been rebuilt. The main species living in Wolfgold are Stardogs, with few Starcats remaining after the war. They have a king, King Nikolai I, and a rigid caste system with Starcats at the bottom.
The capital city of Wolfcrown, located on the upper peninsula between the Rebellion Lands and Mourning Island. It is the second-largest city on the planet. It is the only area on Omoa covered in forest. Most of the buildings in Capital are bone-white, with greenery growing over them. Capital is home to a colloseum, where Stardogs will fight for a better spot in the caste system. Capital is also home to a false palace, where King Nikolai I pretends to live.
Lyykan is also known as the true capital, as it is where King Nikolai I chooses to live. It has similar architecture to Capital, but carved from sandstone cliffs instead. The Palace is out standing in the desert, facing the cliffs where most Stardogs live.
The furthest west city, Oasis sits in the heart of the Glass Desert, its citizens hardened by years of isolation and weather. The only plants in the area are formed from glass itself and are inedible, with the Stardogs living there delving underground to catch prey or waiting for shipments from the coast. Each year, young Stewdogs from the cities will head to Oasis as a coming-of-age test. Some choose to stay behind in Oasis, but most return. Oasis is one of the most tolerant places in Wolfcrown, with Stardogs, Lesser Stardogs, and Starcats equally struggling to survive.
Clawling was a city near the Omoan coast, right next to the landbridge to Iapea. It was razed by riots and the encroaching Glengold army, and then part of the city was blown up or fell into the ocean as the landbridge was destroyed. It was formerly the safest place for Lesser Stardogs, who are now refugees in Capital.
The youngest nation, Glengold was created during the Wolfgold War, cutting Wolfcrown's territory almost in half. Starcats, tired of their mistreatment, rebelled and managed to take over two major cities, as well as some of Wolfcrown's wildlands. Glengold cats then severed the landbridge between Omoa and Iapea, finishing the war. It has 3 main cities: Bernard, Moore, and Borderkeep. Glengold's population comprises of Starcats, griffins, and a few defector Stardogs or Lesser Stardogs.
